We take pride in every product curated at NotedPace. If your acquisition does not completely meet your expectations, we invite you to request a return or exchange within 30 days of confirmed delivery.

• All original luxury presentation boxing, certificate cards, and protective bags must be included.
• Customized, monogrammed, or bespoke commissioned timepieces are non-refundable unless verified defective upon delivery.
